Transparency before the pilot
Signa is still in development. This page explains what this site does today and which safeguards can only be confirmed when the app is ready.

A website host may process technical access logs. The app's provider and retention details will be shared before the pilot.
These are product requirements, not controls already proven in production.
An audit trail is a history of important contract events: for example, when an invitation was created, when a document was opened, and when a step was completed.
The app does not produce this history yet. Which events are kept, for how long, and how they can be exported are still in development.
A hash is a fingerprint calculated from a file's bytes. It can help check whether a compared PDF is identical to the reference file.
A hash is not encryption, does not identify who signed, and alone does not prove legal validity. Hash generation and checking are still in development.
This page does not ask for contract data or documents. Before the pilot, the product will define the minimum data needed, each company's role, how people can exercise their rights, retention periods, and vendors.
The legal basis, privacy notices, and signing method are under review with our legal counsel.
Today, this page does not store contracts or signatures. The app does not accept customer documents yet.
The infrastructure, the data shared with an originating system, the storage location, and retention periods have not been set for the pilot. We will publish these details before accepting real data.
